Cherished Customers, Friends, and Beloved Neighbors,

First, with a full heart we want to extend our gratitude for your support and generosity – Your gifts, donations, glad tidings, and overwhelming acts of charity have humbled and moved us beyond words. Thank you. Truly, we will be forever changed by your kindness.

Ciao opened 10 years ago with one mission: SERVE YOUR NEIGHBOR. No great life is lived without service. One of the greatest tenants of faith is service to others, and when a new employee begins, it is emphasized that we have the great good fortune to spend the better part of our day practicing service literally and figuratively. We strive to fulfill this promise with every meal we serve. We live together in this beautiful place, we laugh and cry with one another, we celebrate and mourn together, we drink eat laugh dance and sing with each other…we support each other. It has been the greatest honor to become part of the tapestry and landscape of this town of remarkable souls. We truly miss our fellowship.

But not for long… Ciao is beginning service once again.

A word about our COVID efforts… Your safety is truly our ONLY PRIORITY. To demonstrate our commitment to your safety, and act as leaders for business and health stewardship we made the difficult decision to suspend operations. The entire staff followed strict self-quarantine for the last five weeks, and I am pleased to report we are all without any signs of symptoms. Several weeks ago, we consulted with Public Health Experts, Nurses, Doctors, and Safety Directors, to help us create procedures and protocols to structure a plan to reopen. For your safety and for the families we come home to, we have created rigorous protocols to maintain and ensure a sterile work environment. Before even entering, we take many precautions to ensure that no outside contaminants are allowed into the building. From floor to ceiling, the restaurant has been disinfected three times. While in operation, each workstation is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected several times per shift. Every person inside ciao is masked and gloved at all times. While we have no earthly idea when life will return to "normal," we do not anticipate opening the restaurant for seating until a vaccine has been widely distributed.

In the meantime, CIAO will be open for curbside pick-up.

Our new hours will be Noon-7, Tuesday through Saturday.

ALSO: To help protect and better serve you in these tenuous times, we would like to bring you THREE DAYS OF DELISH – delivered to your door. From our hearts and (gloved) hands, we will bring you three breakfasts, three lunches, and three dinners for your table fridge and freezer for just $100. Many additional food items, such as beverages, staples, and household goods are also available on our website to include in your delivery.
WE MISS YOU!
